Non-Discrimination Policy

Southwest Center for HIV/AIDS (Southwest Center) respects and values the privacy of our clients, donors, online users, board, staff and volunteers. Personal information shared with Southwest Center is voluntarily given.

Collecting of Information

The types of information that may be collected and not limited to are name, address, telephone number, email address, date of birth/birthday, social security number and credit card information. The information collected is used for specific purposes (examples: services, programs, events, donations, comments, inquiries, registrations or payments).

Use of Information

By voluntarily providing your information, Southwest Center may send you various communications such as our monthly e-newsletter, fundraising campaigns or notices about upcoming events. If you no longer wish to receive any communication, please click on the “Safe Unsubscribe”, “Opt-Out” or as instructed on the method of communication. Southwest Center for HIV/AIDS takes very seriously its responsibility to keep your personal information private. We also safeguard personal information from unauthorized access. Only authorized employees and agents required by contract to observe our privacy practices are permitted to access personal information, and they only may do so for permitted business functions.
