Naturopathic Medicine

Rooted in your well being.

Naturopathic Medicine

Southwest Center offers the opportunity to establish naturopathic care in Phoenix with our Naturopathic Physician, Dr. Carolyn Fuller, who works in collaboration with Southwest Center’s Family Nurse Practitioner or your medical provider.

Southwest Center’s Naturopathic Services:
  • Personalized evaluation and treatment plan tailored to you and your goals to optimize wellness (physical, mental, emotional) and provide adjunctive naturopathic care for common medical conditions
  • Treat symptoms of HIV and side effects of HIV medications
  • Available at a sliding scale rate for all income levels
  • Appointments with Dr. Fuller are available for HIV positive and HIV negative individuals

Naturopathic Medicine combines conventional diagnostic evaluation with a diverse therapeutic toolbox to diagnose and prevent disease and optimize health, vitality and well-being on all levels. After obtaining an extensive health history and physical exam, Southwest Center’s Naturopathic Physician works with each patient in our Phoenix clinic to create an individualized treatment plan to re-establish or maintain physical, mental and emotional well-being. Diagnostic testing such as blood work and imaging are ordered as it relates to each patient to determine obstacles to inherent wellness.

Naturopathic Medicine expands your treatment toolbox

As a naturopathic physician, Dr. Fuller has many tools in her toolbox: nutrition, botanical medicine, physical medicine (osseous manipulation, cranial sacral therapy), homeopathy, counseling, supplements and pharmaceuticals.  Dr. Fuller educates, supports and encourages her patients through positive changes that bring desired results.
